Inno Serangkai Sdn Bhd (ISSB) was incorporated in the year of 2006 pursuant to the companies Act 1965 to venture into niche markets via subsidiaries and associates under the umbrella of ISSB. ISSB is an investment and management holding company closely involved in the management of all companies within its Group. ISSB has a great ambition to be a regional player in the Oil & Gas Industry particularly in Offshore Support Services and Exploration related activities.

ISSB Group provides various offshore services that include Anchor Handling Tug & Supply (AHTS) functions, Hook Up & Commissioning (HUC), crew transfer, supply run, rescue and fire fighting capabilities and is not limited to Offshore services, Brokerage, Ship operator, Representative and Operator of supply boats, tugs and barges.

Malaysian Engineering & Oilfield Services Sdn. Bhd. (MEOS) a subsidiary of Inno Serangkai Sdn. Bhd. is already licensed with Petronas to perform works and services under the categories of drilling rig, instrumentation and mechanical services, rotating equipment, civil, structural & building maintenance and offshore support services.

Currently MEOS is providing 6 vessels owned by its sister’s companies to the various parties including of Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. Being an appointed agent of Aban Offshore Limited, an International Drilling Company that owns 18 units of Rigs, MEOS is committed to provide the Rigs services within the Federation of Malaysian waters. MEOS is also technically backed up by Lamprell Energy, the World number one in the Rigs repair and upgrading. This International Collaboration would significantly develop a technology transfer into Inno Serangkai Group of Companies and assist the group to advance in exploration related services.

In term of vessels ownership, ISSB via various subsidiary and associates within the Group own a 75m DP2 Workboat, Straight Supply Vessels, Utility Vessel and Anchor Handling Tug and Supply Vessels.

In property and infrastructure development, Titijaya Senada Sdn. Bhd, a joint venture company with Titijaya Group Sdn. Bhd. is involved in the development of Gawi Jetty at Kenyir Lake and other private initiatives.
